This laptop is rubbish due to a fault on the nvidea go 6150 chip in the mobo HP refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem. ANd refuse to rectify the situation even tho nividea have admittted to the fault existing.
Yes there are many options that you can connect to a laptop or your PC, or Mac. For example the Wacom tablets. Do a google search, you should find a tablet for your needs!
do you know if a can find something that works like a handwriting tablet, but without being a laptop?, i mean, just the notebook??
Ha, that’s a fantastic deal. Although I would not switch back to the TX1000 now that I have the tx2000
Basically the same. Minor differences in configuration. I have the tx2000z now and there are many different versions again.
YES. I just won one of eBay for $400!
no it is just a variation… for some reason HP made a ton of tx variations. but as long as it has a tx1 int he beginning it is the same series. The tx2… is the new one!
That sounds like a excellent deal! I just bought the tx2000z and if you are plotting to use it as a tablet very much, go for the tx2000 with active digitizer
It is about a year older than the tx2000. You can try to convert chemistry notes, but it won’t know exactly what to do with it.
You can draw in Word 2007… it comes in very handy!
is this model older than tx1410???
thanks for the review. i’m getting the tx1400 tomorrow for $700 after rebates at Office Depot. is that a pretty excellent price?
as you can see in the video that is what I use this laptop for
It is older than the Tx2115.
You can convert writing into type, but with Chemistry notes I would not want to try… same with Math, you might loose vital info.
Yes there is inking in Word 2007!

Video editing for sure, gaming as long as its not the newest 3D game it will work. Certainly is a fantastic entertainment laptop, but it is not a hardcore gaming laptop.
As you can see in the video, I am using it for my sciences. Then in English and other classes I flip it up and use the keyboard to take notes. All in the same place… It has made my life as a student a lot simpler
Are these pc’es excellent too use in school relation things? for instance noteing, drawing???
