My wireless is brilliant , can anyone tell me can the 1GB ram be upgraded to a 2GB ram ? There is only one slot so it would have to be taken out and replaced with the 2GB , anyone done this ok?

i just bought my MSi Wind and i compared it to the Asus EEE…every review i read and specification comparison had the Wind beating the EEE by a considerable length.

hi i noticed that you posted this video quite a long time ago but i still hope you get to read this … i have the asus eee pc SURF notebook right now but iam plotting to sell it and buy the msi wind U100 instead… will it be a excellent choice?? is the msi wind better?

Oh, I forgot to add that you CAN add extra RAM and not break the warranty like people keep saying. I reckon you may have to let MSI know first. Still waiting for mine to come in, but that’s what i’ve been told.
Really Staloftis, it does have wireless. And you can find them cheaper than $400. BUT it will not be the 160Gb netbook. If you get the 120Gb it’s about $350 (maybe a bit more), and if you get the one with the 3-cell battery pack (which doesn’t hold a excellent charge) it’s $300. Be sure to get the U100 as you cannot add another stick of RAM to the U120. I recommend to add another gig of RAM and get a new wireless card (the one that comes with it is TERRIBLE!

i would say, definetley. it has a 1.6ghz processor which would be able to handle not only basic runescape, but also the high-quality version as well.

no, you haven’t seen them on the web for 250.00…not even refurbs are that cheap…also, it does have wireless internet

Most netbooks use standrad SODIMM ram modules, just the ones that standard notebooks.

netbooks never have optical drives, deu to the size.
u can buy an external one, around 60 bucks u have one.
MSI products always look to me like they are made out of spit and paper (especially motherboards)
